What's a DCP?
In the movie and film industry, a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) is a collection of digital files used to store and convey digital cinema (movie) audio, image, and data streams. It's the digital equivalent of a film reel but includes high-resolution video files, audio files, and metadata that adhere to certain standards to ensure compatibility across various digital cinema systems.
